We provide 52 Weekly Training Sessions

Your entire management team plus staff who you see leadership potential in are invited to transformational professional and personal development sessions. Ongoing encouragement, learning, and impact delivered via short training sessions. No computers necessary! Phone only.

4 Quarterly Zoom Empowerment sessions

Bring together the selected group for a one-hour empowerment session each quarter. Topics range from goal setting for the up and coming leader to vision casting for the seasoned director or department head.
