What Our teams say

I can’t say enough positive things about our Leadership Game with Wynn. I have sat through many, many, leadership development seminars, webinars, retreats, you name it. We were all pleasantly surprised by our experience at our last annual retreat. Wynn made sure to speak with me several times prior to our session to ensure her understanding of our organization’s culture, needs and goals. During our session, her experience, knowledge, and most of all, warm and positive personality helped facilitate great dialogue between our leaders – along with a lot of laughs. Two hours flew by and we didn’t want the session to end. Overall, the Leadership Game helped us break down a few barriers, build better relationships, and taught us that laughter and the right questions are powerful tools. We continue to utilize Wynn’s method of asking questions that generate great discussions before each monthly leadership meeting. We are finding this method is instrumental in helping us achieve effective communication and create better relationships across our departments. We definitely recommend Wynn and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Darlene Borges Director of Human Resources, Brookgreen Gardens

“Playing the Leadership Game helped us diagnose where we needed to work with our team. We saw a need for developing a culture of mentoring in order to move our organization to the next level. This was different than our assumption prior to the game. Assessment through game play was a great way to get to the heart of what we needed rather than spending money on something we didn’t need.”

Susan John Executive Director, Horry County Department of Disabilities and Special Needs - Conway, SC

“After playing the Leadership Game with Wynn, I was able to raise the success level of myself and my team. By far, the best professional development we’ve ever had.”
